Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using voidworks.eu and for projects and requests submitted to Voidworks.
Last updated: 31 August 2026Scope
These terms apply to voidworks.eu and Voidworks services unless something else is agreed in writing.
Quotes, scope and pricing
Displayed prices are indicative starting prices. Before work starts we confirm scope, features, schedule, payment terms and final price. Additional work may be charged separately.
Payment
Payment timing is agreed in advance. If payment is overdue, work, handover or managed services may be paused where legally permitted.
Delivery
A standard website normally targets 2–4 working days after content, feedback and required access have been provided. Complexity, changes and third-party dependencies can extend the schedule.
Feedback and changes
Major changes after design or scope approval may be treated as additional work and can affect price or delivery time.
Domains, hosting and third parties
Domains, hosting, payment providers, APIs and other external services have their own terms, prices and availability. Voidworks is not responsible for outages caused solely by those external services.
Ownership and handover
After full payment and agreed handover, the agreed website files, accounts and transferable assets are delivered to the client. Licenses, open-source software and third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
Content and rights
The client confirms that supplied text, images, brands and other materials may be used lawfully and remains responsible for content and legal obligations of the final website.
Security
Voidworks applies reasonable technical and organisational security measures. Clients must also secure their own accounts, passwords, domains and third-party services.
Maintenance and support
Maintenance, hosting and VIP support apply only when included in the package or purchased separately. Scope and response times follow the agreed service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, demonstrable damage reasonably attributable to Voidworks. Indirect damage and outages of external services are excluded where legally permitted.
Cancellation
After a project starts, completed work and incurred third-party costs may be charged where legally permitted.
Acceptable use
The website and client area may not be used for fraud, attacks, unauthorised access, malware or activities that violate third-party rights.
Governing law
Dutch law applies unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Disputes should first be addressed directly between the parties.
Changes
The current version is published on this website. Written agreements for existing paid projects remain controlling.
